📋 Description

• Own Motive's internal developer ecosystem end to end: developer experience, infrastructure
• Lead AI-driven development lifecycle initiatives and cloud-based agentic development infrastructure.
• Architect multi-region, scalable platform with emphasis on safety, security, and cost control.
• Drive developer productivity by ensuring fast inner loops and easy paths for engineers.
• Manage a multi-team organization across time zones, partnering with product and infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with 6+ years leading engineering teams; 2+ years as a manager of
• Strong developer background with production systems experience and technical credibility.
• Deep DevOps and infrastructure depth: CI/CD, build systems, containers/Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS
• Proven ownership of developer productivity/platform/infrastructure at scale; measurable velocity
• Hands-on experience with modern AI developer tooling and agentic development concepts.
• Experience building/operating cloud-based development environments with security and cost controls
