Director, Digital Experience

📋 Description

• Own the overall experience layer across the organization's website and global digital properties
• Lead user research and discovery through interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive
• Build, maintain, and govern a scalable UI Kit or design system, partnering with creative and brand
• Drive continuous digital improvement by combining qualitative research with analytics, heat maps
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to prioritize digital investments, define strategic
• Coordinate closely with creative, content, web development, operations, technology, and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in user experience, digital experience, or a closely related discipline
• Proven experience owning or leading a large-scale, multilingual corporate website or global digital
• Demonstrated ability to connect customer experience and journey design initiatives to measurable
• Strong hands-on knowledge of enterprise content management, design and prototyping tools, web
• Experience creating and governing a UI Kit, design system, or comparable design framework in
• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Google
