📋 Description

• Lead drug product CMC strategy and execution for small molecule programs from early clinical
• Direct phase-appropriate formulation and process development for oral solid dosage forms, including
• Provide technical leadership for technology transfers, process characterization, process
• Lead selection, onboarding, and technical oversight of CDMOs and external partners.
• Establish expectations, work plans, timelines, budgets, and performance measures for partners and
• Provide technical oversight of GMP manufacturing, including batch documentation, investigations

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related with 10+ years of
• Proven leadership in product development and process development
• Expert in formulation development, validation, and GMP support
• Experience with all development phases
• Experienced with CDMO management
• Knowledge of manufacturing and analytical methods
