📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a global early talent strategy aligned with long-term workforce requirements
  • Design, scale, and manage early-career programs for undergraduate and advanced-degree candidates
  • Monitor talent pipeline performance and continuously improve candidate and participant experiences
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, colleges, professional

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field; a master’s degree is
  • 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition, university relations, or early-career program
  • Proven experience designing, scaling, and managing early talent programs.
  • Strong understanding of university recruiting and talent pipeline development.
  • Hands-on experience with HR technologies, ATS, and campus recruiting platforms.
  • Effective network of partnerships with academic and professional organizations.
