Lead and scale Hanna's ecommerce engineering org (1-4 scrum teams).
Foster accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous learning.
Own delivery of the ecommerce roadmap and production readiness.
Partner with IT leaders to meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.
Drive modernization and platform health through cross-functional leadership.
Establish KPIs and use data-driven insights to guide decisions.

🎯 Requirements

Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing software engineering organizations.
Extensive experience delivering customer-facing ecommerce platforms.
Strong knowledge of modern ecommerce architectures: headless/composable, SFCC, APIs, cloud, microservices.
Experience integrating ecommerce with payments, merchandising, CRM, OMS, fulfillment.
Strong Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, security, and engineering practices.
Experience applying AI-enabled engineering tools to improve delivery and operations.
