📋 Description

• Lead large-scale EHR adoption, optimization, training, organizational change, and workforce
• Advise C-suite executives, clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, and technology teams on
• Design and execute organizational change management programs that support successful
• Develop enterprise adoption strategies, engagement programs, training approaches, and sustainment
• Establish governance frameworks and continuous improvement practices to monitor adoption, address
• Apply healthcare operational and EHR expertise across clinical operations, ambulatory and acute

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, EHR leadership, healthcare
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise with at least one major EHR platform (Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, or MEDITECH).
• Strong understanding of healthcare delivery and operational processes across clinical operations
• Significant experience in designing and implementing Organizational Change Management and
