Director - End Market Development

📋 Description

• Develop and execute multi-year strategies for recycling infrastructure and end-market development
• Identify, evaluate, and engage potential recycling facility partners, investors, industry
• Analyze business cases, feasibility studies, capital plans, operational performance, and other
• Support executive-level relationship management with recycling facilities and other strategic
• Structure and negotiate grants, funding agreements, and performance-based contracts in
• Monitor funded facilities against agreed KPIs, identify underperforming investments, and develop

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, materials science, environmental science
• Advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of operations experience in business development, market expansion, infrastructure
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing teams or complex programs
• Deep understanding of extended producer responsibility (EPR) regulatory frameworks across U.S.
• Strong knowledge of recycling end-market dynamics, facility operations, and processing technologies
