Director, Engagement Strategy

📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a team of 7 marketing professionals
• Own the annual strategy, budget, and quarterly initiatives for your team
• Establish the team's operational strategy and governance model
• Translate data and funnel metrics into clear, customer-facing stories
• Create and maintain a library of scalable marketing playbooks
• Regularly analyze and report on what is working to gain customer buy-in for communication programs

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in B2B, B2B2C, or relationship-driven corporate marketing
• At least 5 years successfully managing and developing a team
• Digital health or fast-growing technology company experience preferred
• Proven track record of developing corporate marketing strategies that drive measurable user outcomes
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data and metrics into compelling strategic insights
• Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles
