Director, Engineering – AI Product Experience

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow engineers and engineering managers, building a culture of ownership
• Own the strategy, architecture, and delivery of our iOS and Android apps, bringing conversational
• Establish release processes, app store management, crash and performance monitoring, and usage
• Partner with Product to make AI product benchmarking repeatable, leading the team that builds the

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in engineering management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver
• A track record of shipping and scaling iOS and Android apps, whether native (Swift, Kotlin) or
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, client-server communication, API design
• Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to translate product goals
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and production reliability.
• Exposure to AI or LLM-powered products is a plus.
