📋 Description

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams responsible for CLEAR’s consumer experiences across
• Define and execute the technical strategy for customer-facing apps ensuring scalable, reliable
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Business to prioritize roadmaps improving acquisition
• Drive engineering excellence by establishing best practices around architecture, delivery, quality
• Build collaborative relationships across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to
• Champion modern practices enabling speed with reliability, security, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering; 6+ years leading teams; 3+ years managing managers.
• Experience leading multiple teams building consumer-facing digital products (mobile/web).
• Strong background in scalable distributed systems and cloud-native apps.
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Analytics to deliver customer-centric outcomes.
• Proven ability to balance speed, quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• Deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, analytics, and data-informed development.
