📋 Description

• Own engineering for DEM product areas aligned to your strengths
• Manage 50-60 engineers through Engineering Managers
• Shape the roadmap with product leadership and strategy
• Drive AI adoption across tooling, workflows, features, teams
• Navigate dependencies across DEM, APM, Core Platform, AI Platform
• Build and retain engineering talent in Paris; mentor managers

🎯 Requirements

• You have directly managed Engineering Managers, not ICs
• You integrate AI deeply into leadership and engineering practice
• You shape product decisions, not just execute a spec
• You've worked with large-scale, event-driven or data-intensive backends
• You bring full-stack or frontend-adjacent experience; DEM is SDK-heavy
• You're fluent in English in a cross-Atlantic org; based in Paris or relocating
