Improve production reliability, developer velocity, and security posture

🎯 Requirements

Experience leading and growing engineering teams (managers and/or senior ICs)
Strong backend/distributed systems and cloud infrastructure depth
Track record delivering internal developer platforms, CI/CD, deployment systems
Strong POV on AI/agentic tooling with hands-on AI engineering stack
Excellent cross-organizational collaboration and communication
Preferred: C# and/or Go; Kubernetes/Nomad; Temporal; AWS
