📋 Description

• Lead the Forward Deployed Engineering org with engineers and data scientists.
• Balance team leadership with technical strategy and hands-on work.
• Drive AI infra, platform validation, and customer engagements.
• Partner with AI-native customers to deploy production AI systems.
• Shape architecture, performance, and automation for the AI stack.
• Travel up to 30% for customer engagements and workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years leading highly technical engineering/platform teams.
• Deep AI infra experience with production AI systems and agentic apps.
• Distributed systems with GPU ecosystems; CUDA, ROCm, NCCL, TensorRT; Kubernetes.
• AI orchestration/agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, MCP, OpenAI SDK).
• Strong Python or Go coding; automation, tooling, benchmarking.
• Executive communication and cross‑functional collaboration; ownership.
