📋 Description

• Provide hands-on technical support across mining engineering activities, including rock mechanics
• Own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the operating model, working with site
• Partner with mine site leadership to develop annual budgets and life-of-mine plans aligned with
• Provide professional mining guidance for annual mineral reserve updates and act as a Qualified
• Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across mining operations.
• Coach and mentor engineering professionals, strengthening technical capabilities and promoting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering; postgraduate education is considered an asset.
• P.Eng. designation or equivalent professional engineering qualification and membership in a
• 10+ years of progressive mining engineering and operations leadership experience, with significant
• Strong technical knowledge of rock mechanics and ground control, ventilation, mine planning
• Demonstrated experience with annual budgeting, life-of-mine planning, mineral reserve updates, and
• Experience leading or supporting major engineering initiatives with accountability for safety
