🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading SaaS engineering in modern environments.
• 5+ years at director level or higher.
• Hands-on with Claude Code or similar AI tools.
• Best practices for scalable delivery, platform systems, SRE, and developer experience.
• Experience building high-volume, scalable solutions; remote work experience.
• Deeply understands organizing teams to deliver value iteratively; hiring and coaching managers.
