• Own outcomes for Git and Gitaly Operations across Self-Managed, SaaS.
• Own outcomes for Nonlinear Productivity, incl hiring and metrics.
• Build and oversee Platform Staff as a small senior team using AI-assisted tools.
• Assess Platform Staff scope: bootstrapping new teams or urgent customer requests.
• Set operating rhythms and metrics to run three functions predictably.
• Represent all three functions to peer engineers and customers during crises.

• Track record in engineering operations, reliability, and incident management.
• Measurable productivity improvements across multiple teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and when to use them.
• People management across multiple managers or functions.
