📋 Description

• Leads, coaches, and directs a team of managers and employees within the Global Product Engineering
• Makes hiring, performance management and disciplinary decisions
• GUIDES development team on design, development, deployment issues and provides 3rd tier support
• Conducts forensic performance monitoring and initiates restarts
• Champions Scrum Master best practices and methodologies
• Facilitates software architecture/design/implementations and oversees development projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as scrum master / agile development
• Expertise in software architecture and design
• Knowledge of service-oriented architecture
• Management and leadership experience
• Experience with automated unit testing
• Knowledge of scalability best practices
