Director, Enterprise and Data Center Field Services

📋 Description

• Lead US and Canada Enterprise and Data Center Field Services operations, ensuring consistent
• Drive achievement of operational, contractual, service-level, and customer satisfaction commitments.
• Lead the resolution of critical customer, operational, and business escalations.
• Own regional operational performance, including productivity, labor utilization, cost efficiency
• Partner with Finance and Operations to monitor performance through operational reviews, financial
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve workforce effectiveness, service quality, cost

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience leading field services, managed services, infrastructure support, data
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large, geographically dispersed service
• Proven accountability for operational financial performance, workforce management, service
• Experience managing mixed delivery models involving both employees and subcontractors.
• Demonstrated success supporting strategic enterprise accounts and building relationships with
