Director – Enterprise Applications & IT Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Define roadmap for the Enterprise Applications ecosystem—strategy, lifecycle, modernization, integration.
• Oversee platforms: PM, Service Desk, Content & Collaboration, HRMS, Payroll, ATS.
• Lead end-to-end vendor selection: RFI/RFPs, evaluations, negotiations, contracts.
• Define integration architecture across systems: SSO, APIs, data platforms, monitoring, analytics.
• Drive adoption via structured change management, training, and process documentation.
• Leverage Retool to build internal apps; define data architecture and pipelines; develop dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP, ITIL, CISSP or equivalent certifications advantageous.
• 15+ years leading enterprise apps across SaaS, vendor mgmt, software development, integration.
• Experience designing enterprise data architecture, data pipelines, analytics, and dashboards.
• Commercial acumen with vendor management, procurement, contract negotiations, and budget ownership.
