Director, Enterprise Communications

📋 Description

• Lead internal communications aligning priorities, culture, and performance.
• Partner with executives to explain the mission, vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Lead executive comms: speeches, talking points, video messages, updates.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational communications and employee engagement.
• Develop compelling storytelling on performance, initiatives, and culture.
• Apply technology and AI-enabled solutions to communications.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in internal or corporate communications, exec comms, or content strategy.
• Experience leading enterprise comms strategies that reinforce priorities and objectives.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and develop executive communications.
• Experience leading comms for organizational change or large-scale initiatives.
• Outstanding writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience using analytics and measurement frameworks to inform strategy.
