📋 Description

• Lead Toast's multi-year enterprise data strategy aligned with priorities.
• Design governance framework with roles, processes, tools, escalation.
• Stand up Data Governance Council; recruit sponsors and stewards.
• Define Data Domain Model; assign ownership across domains.
• Build and launch the Business Glossary with defined terms.
• Lead change management and adoption across business and tech.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data management, data governance, or strategy.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience building enterprise data governance frameworks.
• Track record delivering data strategies across large orgs.
• Familiarity with DAMA DMBOK, DCAM frameworks.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, dbt, cloud data lakes, streaming.
