Director, Enterprise Program Management

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end enterprise SaaS program for a strategic customer.
• Own plan, people, and outcomes from kickoff to Phase II.
• Govern master plan across onboarding, data migration, integration, rollout, training.
• Chair weekly program stand-ups, steering committee, and executive check-ins.
• Manage risks with proactive identification, escalation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering across multi-office teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading complex enterprise SaaS implementations with P&L accountability.
• Experience managing multi-workstream deployments with 100+ end-user locations.
• Strong governance: risk management, dependencies, milestones, exec comms.
• Directly led cross-functional teams with full people management authority.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and high-stakes decisions.
• Exceptional communication with steering committees and internal teams.
