🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise pre-sales or solution architecture
• Proven transformation strategy design experience
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of enterprise workflow platforms and ITSM
• Experience with ITOM, CSM, FSM, GRC, or CMDB
• Strong API, integration, and architecture awareness
