Define and maintain enterprise systems architecture roadmap across commercial, financial, and GTM
Own integration design across Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, Snowflake, and related platforms
Establish architectural governance standards and review processes for system changes
Lead architecture review board and provide technical authority on enterprise systems design
Mature governed AI agent infrastructure, ensuring compliance with SOX and data privacy
Lead and develop Business Systems team, managing vendors and contractors

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering
Proven experience deploying and governing AI agents or LLM workflows in production
Deep experience architecting and governing Salesforce CRM at scale
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake
Experience with API gateway, secrets management, and identity-based access control
Solid understanding of SOX IT General Controls and application controls
