📋 Description

• Own the year-long events strategy across owned and external events.
• Manage multi-year budget, forecasting, and ROI for the portfolio.
• Lead the events team, including Sr. Events Manager and contractors.
• Align with agencies and partners to deliver on-brand experiences.
• Oversee K:BOS and other conferences from vision to on-site execution.
• Define promotional plans to drive leads, registrations and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in hands-on event management (B2B SaaS or consumer brands).
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with partnerships and co-branding activations.
• Portfolio of events spanning online and in-person campaigns.
• Track record leading teams and agency/contractor relationships.
• Tech-savvy with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT), Salesforce, Splash, Swoogo.
