Director, Evidence Generation and Publications

📋 Description

• Lead integrated evidence-generation and publication strategies across Freenome portfolio.
• Identify evidence gaps; develop research and analysis plans.
• Oversee real-world evidence, registry studies, and investigator-sponsored research.
• Guide evidence development across product lifecycle (feasibility, validation, post‑marketing).
• Establish governance, prioritization, timelines, and measures of impact.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Biostatistics.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced MS/PhD in medicine, science, public health, epi, or health econ.
• 10+ years in diagnostics/healthcare, oncology preferred.
• Proven leadership in evidence generation and publication strategy.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research, RWE, epidemiology, biostatistics.
• Authoring manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and talks; cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent written/verbal communication; vendor and timeline management.
