📋 Description

• Establish proactive stakeholder intelligence to anticipate risks with no surprises.
• Build relationships with state legislators and energy offices in TX, OK, and beyond.
• Serve as Core's primary contact for state government affairs; position Core as credible resource.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging and outreach campaigns.
• Build a consistent presence in regional forums; provide insight to inform priorities.
• Develop and implement a stakeholder engagement strategy across states.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Affairs, Public Policy, or related field.
• 7+ years in stakeholder engagement, public affairs, or energy policy roles.
• Demonstrated success managing stakeholder relationships in regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership on engagement strategy.
• Strong strategic communications and messaging development skills.
• Existing relationships within TX/OK utilities or policymakers (preferred).
