Director, External Relations

📋 Description

• Own and execute global PR and analyst relations strategies
• Lead executive messaging, thought leadership, product announcements, and brand storytelling
• Build relationships with technology media, editors, and industry analysts
• Oversee crisis communications and external communications assets
• Partner with executives to align external narratives with company priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in corporate communications, PR, and analyst relations
• 3–5+ years at senior manager or director level
• Proven PR and analyst relations in B2B tech, SaaS, staffing, or professional services
• Strong media/analyst relationships; experience with Gartner/Forrester evaluations
• Experience managing agencies and direct reports; strong executive presence
• Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to translate complex ideas
