Director, Facility Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and develop the Facility Operations team with mentorship and accountability.
• Own facilities operations including Jira ticket triage, SLAs, and employee support.
• Tenant-side owner of building ops: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, access.
• Develop SOPs, security protocols, and emergency plans, and business continuity.
• Manage physical security: access control, badges, visitor management, incidents.
• Partner with capital planning for construction and renovations.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in facilities management or related field with leadership in large offices.
• Lead facilities teams and drive performance through growth.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, life safety.
• Develop SOPs, security programs, emergency plans, and compliance.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, contracts across multiple projects.
• Experience supporting renovations/construction with cross-functional partners.
