Director, Field Reimbursement (FRM)

📋 Description

• Lead and execute access and reimbursement strategy aligned with BridgeBio objectives
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for provider-facing reimbursement and access support
• Identify access challenges across payer environments and drive compliant solutions
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on payer coverage, prior authorization, appeals, and
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Manager's (FRM's)
• Establish performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8-10+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry with a focus on reimbursement
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, or developing field-based access or reimbursement teams
• Strong understanding of U.S. payer environments, including commercial and government plans
• Experience working with specialty pharmacies and patient services hubs
