📋 Description

• Lead financial modeling, underwriting, and investment decision-making across project finance
• Evaluate project and portfolio investments by analyzing returns, capital exposure, financing
• Prepare and present investment materials to senior management and investment committees, clearly
• Lead financing transactions from strategy through closing, including structuring, financial
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, tax equity investors, tax credit buyers
• Support capital markets strategy and evaluate new financing structures, including construction

🎯 Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant transactional experience in project finance, infrastructure investing
• Proven ability to independently lead renewable energy financings or investments through closing
• Deep understanding of U.S. renewable energy project finance, including construction debt
• Experience with both solar energy and battery storage projects is strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including the ability to build, audit, manage, and interpret
• Strong commercial and investment judgment, with the ability to assess material risks, challenge
