Director, Finance - Sales Finance & Public Company Readiness

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic finance partner to Sales Finance, Worldwide Field Operations, and sales
• Lead core Sales Finance FP&A activities, including long-range planning, forecasting, expense
• Own Worldwide Field Operations operating expense and headcount budgets, monitor performance
• Strengthen public-company and IPO readiness by improving sales-finance processes, internal
• Own monthly bookings accuracy, consolidation, reconciliation, and close processes, delivering trend
• Develop and deliver operational, KPI, executive, and board-level reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in Sales Finance, FP&A, forecasting, long-range planning, and
• Current public-company experience preferred; familiarity with IPO readiness, financial controls
• Demonstrated experience with bookings accuracy, consolidation, reconciliation, and
• Experience supporting M&A integration and partnering with acquired organizations and diverse
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including executive- and board-level reporting
• Strong business partnership and influencing skills
