Director, Finance - Services

📋 Description

• Primary day-to-day finance partner to Services operating leaders and P&L owners
• Own the Services annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and long-range plan
• Own segment and line-of-business classification at contract inception
• Support deal finance for the Services acquisition program
• Deliver segment-grade Services reporting aligned to how the company presents its operating segments
• Build and deploy AI tools and agentic workflows across Services planning, forecasting, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A leadership and operating or segment
• Working command of ASC 606 for service contracts: time and materials, cost plus, and fixed price
• Experience partnering directly with operational P&L owners
• Demonstrated M&A finance exposure: diligence, deal models, or integration
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA and/or MBA (Preferred)
