Director, Finance Transformation

📋 Description

• Set strategic direction for KAYAK's global finance systems and architecture.
• Own NetSuite ERP; standardize workflows with Pontus, BlackLine, FloQast; multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee NetSuite configurations and upgrades; balance agility with SOX.
• Lead AI and automation roadmap for finance; drive AI in forecasting and planning.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build a trusted finance data foundation and AI lifecycle.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team; deliver phased delivery plans with milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in finance systems/enterprise tech; track record delivering at scale.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience; familiarity with O2C, P2P, R2R.
• Experience implementing AI-driven or automation-first solutions in finance/enterprise.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and navigate complex orgs.
• Clear communication; experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Degree in Accounting/Engineering/CS/Finance or equivalent experience.
