Director, Finance Transformation

📋 Description

• Set strategic direction for KAYAK's global finance systems to align tech with goals.
• Own the NetSuite ERP ecosystem and multi-year roadmap.
• Govern NetSuite configurations, upgrades, and data-integrated architecture.
• Lead the finance AI and automation roadmap to reduce manual work.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build a trusted data foundation for AI.
• Build and lead a high-performing Finance Systems team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in finance systems or enterprise tech with scalable delivery.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience; familiarity with O2C, P2P, R2R processes.
• Experience implementing AI-driven or automation-first solutions in finance.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and navigate complex orgs.
• Clear, direct communication with senior leadership (written and verbal).
• Proactive approach to anticipate risks and drive progress.
• Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
