Director, Finance Transformation

📋 Description

• Set strategic direction for global finance systems aligning with business goals and architecture.
• Serve as NetSuite ERP authority; standardize workflows with Pontus, BlackLine, FloQast.
• Oversee NetSuite configurations, upgrades, and integration architecture with SOX controls.
• Lead development of finance AI and automation roadmap to reduce manual work.
• Partner with Data Engineering to build a trusted data foundation and AI use-case registry.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing Finance Systems team and foster psychological safety.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in finance systems or enterprise tech delivering complex systems at scale.
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP experience; familiar with O2C, P2P, R2R processes.
• Experience delivering AI-driven or automation-first finance solutions.
• Strong relationship-building across diverse teams; navigate complex orgs.
• Clear, direct communication; present structured recommendations to senior leadership.
• Degree in Accounting, Engineering, CS, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
