📋 Description

• Own the core data infrastructure: Snowflake and Power BI pipelines.
• Drive strategic analytics and executive decision insights.
• Lead operational and financial KPI reporting and evaluation.
• Build scalable data models and automate processes.
• Lead a high-performing analytics team (6+ reports).
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Product.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial data and analytics.
• Proven experience managing analysts/managers on enterprise-scale datasets.
• Advanced SQL and BI skills, especially Power BI.
• Snowflake data warehousing and Python or R.
• AI/ML concepts applied to analytics and automation.
• Expertise in predictive modeling and stats for performance.
• Strong communication to translate data into insights.
• Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with action bias.
• Bonus: Salesforce, attribution modeling or SaaS.
