Director, Financial Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end month-end and year-end close for financial operations, ensuring accuracy
• Lead and develop AU Payroll, Global Accounts Payable, and our Accounting Manager, building a
• Own treasury operations, including cash management, banking relationships, and short-term cash flow
• Oversee indirect tax compliance across operating jurisdictions, partnering with external advisors.
• Lead the implementation and roll-out of a new PO workflow system and drive adoption.
• Introduce and embed a new expense management tool and corporate card program.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive financial management at Financial Controller level in a fast-paced
• Experience leading payroll and/or accounts payable functions, including developing people managers.
• Treasury experience with cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
• Strong understanding of indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on experience implementing finance systems – Netsuite, PO workflow, expense management
• Strong people leadership and ability to manage managers; build high-performing teams.
