Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Lead the company's annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, monthly financial performance reviews
• Establish clear planning timelines and assumptions, define decision-making authority, and hold
• Build a planning process that connects financial targets to operating plans, headcount, capital
• Deliver timely, decision-ready reporting for the executive team and board, including results versus
• Develop and maintain an integrated financial model that supports scenario planning, capital
• Lead financial analyses and projections supporting fundraising and ongoing investor communications

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience leading FP&A in a growing company, including ownership of budgeting
• Experience developing integrated financial models, including integrated financial statements, cash
• Experience supporting fundraising, investor diligence, and board presentations.
• Experience improving financial systems, data quality, and reporting processes as an organization
• Demonstrated experience hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing FP&A team.
• Experience in a capital-intensive or project-based business is preferred.
