Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

📋 Description

• Partner with CEO/CFO and leadership to translate strategy into financial plans.
• Own the annual operating plan and rolling forecast; build bottoms-up models.
• Serve as FP&A partner to Sales, Rev Ops, CS to align KPIs.
• Evaluate initiatives, pricing, product investments, and M&A with analysis.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year financial model for board reporting.
• Lead monthly internal/investor/lender reporting with variance analyses.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience in tech or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA a plus.
• Deep SaaS metrics experience: ARR, net retention, churn, CAC/LTV.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP; strong BI skills (Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and board reporting.
• Partner with executives to drive visibility, strategy, and results.
