📋 Description

• Redesign and automate budgeting/forecasting end-to-end.
• Evaluate FP&A tools; lead adoption across Finance.
• Use AI tools, including Claude, to automate recurring modeling, data consolidation, and reporting.
• Lead corporate-wide planning, budgeting, and long-range forecasting; scenario modeling across blended SaaS and outcomes-based revenue.
• Build and maintain core financial model for success-fee contracts and at-risk revenue.
• Provide CFO with analyses on pricing, new products, market expansion, and resource allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years in high-accountability finance (IB/PE/hedge funds) then operating company.
• Advanced three-statement modeling and diligence skills; build complex models quickly.
• Hands-on budgeting/forecasting automation; experience selecting FP&A tools; using Claude.
• Proven ability to quickly learn new domains; successful pivots.
• AI-native workflow; daily use of Claude or ChatGPT to speed modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
