📋 Description

• Lead the annual consolidated budget, rolling forecasts, multi-year financial plans, and in-year
• Develop integrated financial and operational models connecting program reach, cost per beneficiary
• Conduct scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis to assess growth opportunities, funding gaps
• Establish and oversee performance management processes, including budget monitoring, KPI tracking
• Prepare clear, decision-oriented financial insights and reporting materials for the CFO, executive
• Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders, challenging assumptions and supporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or
• A recognized professional designation, such as CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent, is strongly
• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including substantial responsibility for
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-entity budgeting, forecasting, scenario modelling, and
• Experience in an international nonprofit, charitable organization, development organization, or
• Demonstrated understanding of multi-country and multi-currency operations, restricted and
