Director, Forward Deployed Strategy

📋 Description

• Partner directly with customer executives and operators to understand their heaviest operational
• Serve as the bridge between the customer and our technical team: communicate customer needs to our
• Work alongside forward deployed builders to keep engineering effort focused on the customer’s
• Act as a change agent within complex organizations, leading workshops, designing user-centric
• Stay close to the data: inspect customer data structures, validate data integrity, and run rapid
• Act as the voice of the customer, abstracting client-specific needs into reusable platform

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in operations consulting (Big Four, Accenture, or similar) or technology operations
• A blend of technical aptitude (computational thinking, data manipulation) and elite communication
• Proficiency querying and analyzing datasets with SQL and Snowflake, and light scripting in Python
• Exposure to the defense industrial base or heavy industrial sectors (including through consulting
• A self-starter who is comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and under delivery
• US-based and a US citizen, with the ability to travel up to 25% to work directly with customers.
