• Lead data recipe work for World Model pre/post-training
• Build data best practices: clustering, filtering, deduplication, long-tail data
• Scale data pipelines for pre-training and RL data recipes
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams across Waymo
• Shape data-centric evaluation methods and experiments

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or Masters in CS/ML/Robotics with 5+ years RL or foundation model exp
• Strong publication record or open-source contributions
• Experience leading teams of scientists/engineers to deploy impact
