Director FP&A

📋 Description

• Act as the core strategic thought partner to the C-suite and executive team, translating complex
• Look beyond rigid historical reporting; proactively identify growth levers, unit economic
• Evaluate strategic tradeoffs across GTM investments, product roadmap expansions, and global
• Own the multi-year long-range financial model, annual budgeting process, and continuous rolling
• Own budget and forecast variance analysis and strategic monthly business reviews with core key
• Build dynamic, scenario-based financial models to stress-test business assumptions, price changes

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in pure-play FP&A and
• Strategic partner mindset: proactive business partner to C-level executives, driving operational
• Deep SaaS & Commercial Acumen: expert understanding of enterprise SaaS unit economics, GTM
• AI, Systems & Automation Mastery: experience leveraging frontier models in daily processes and
• Board Communications: direct experience producing Board-level decks and managing executive
