Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the corporate financial model, including the full three-statement build (P&L, balance
• Lead all end-to-end planning cycles (annual operating plan, monthly rolling forecasts, long-range
• Own the monthly business review to diagnose financial health of the business (budget vs actual
• Build capital allocation and investment frameworks to build business cases for growth initiatives
• Build unit economics, cohort, and scenario analysis to identify optimization opportunities and
• Partner with GTM, Data, and RevOps on revenue and pipeline forecasting; proactively identify risks

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience across corporate finance, FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles
• 2+ years of people management experience, building and leading high-performing teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with modern FP&A tools.
• Exceptional storyteller, capable of distilling complex analyses into strategic insights for
• A collaborative, proactive, curious, and growth mindset with a passion for problem solving and
• Systems thinker who connects financial drivers to business strategy.
