Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Develop and lead company analytics, reporting, and scorecards.
• Oversee long-range planning, annual budgets, and forecasts.
• Partner with CFO and cross-functional teams to guide decisions.
• Lead monthly financial reporting and scenario planning company-wide.
• Manage supply chain cost analysis, procurement, and logistics costs.
• Support inventory processes, reserves, reconciliations, and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and integrated financial statements.
• Omni-channel Ecommerce and Retail experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling; Tableau and Oracle Analytics desired.
• Netsuite ERP proficiency.
