Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead the annual operating plan and long-range plan, working with leaders across Growth, Product
• Own the monthly and quarterly forecast, including revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, opex
• Build and maintain a driver-based financial model tied to customer cohorts, order frequency, basket
• Run the monthly business review: actuals vs. plan and forecast, variance analysis, and clear
• Prepare board and investor materials with the CFO, including KPI dashboards and financial narratives
• Define and track the KPIs that matter most: CAC, LTV, retention, AOV, and contribution margin per

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Expert financial modeling skills, including driver-based and cohort-based models
• Deep understanding of unit economics, P&L management, and the three financial statements
• A track record of influencing senior leaders and presenting to boards or investors
• Experience incorporating AI tools (Claude) into your workflow
• Comfortable working directly with data teams and leveraging BI tools (e.g., Looker, Databricks)
