Director, FP&A - Commercial

📋 Description

• Primary finance partner to Commercial leadership; provide guidance, insights, and decision support.
• Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning for Commercial.
• Develop robust financial models, forecasts, and analytics to evaluate revenue, pricing, and growth.
• Analyze key metrics: revenue growth, sales productivity, pricing, payer mix, and customer economics.
• Provide executive-level financial reporting and insights with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Commercial leaders to set performance targets and monitor against budget and forecast.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 10+ years FP&A or finance partnering with leadership.
• Experience in life sciences/biotech/pharma/healthcare with commercial ops.
• Budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, modeling, and performance management expertise.
• Influence senior leaders and act as trusted advisor across Commercial, Finance, and functions.
• Ability to build sophisticated financial models and translate data into insights.
