Director, FP&A Deal Desk

📋 Description

• Lead strategic commercial initiatives across 2U’s global education portfolio.
• Build business cases and structure commercially attractive agreements across functions.
• Oversee financial analysis for product launches, renewals, and partnerships.
• Develop and manage a team of financial analysis professionals.
• Provide rigorous financial modeling to inform investment and pricing decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 6–10+ years in financial advisory, investment banking, valuation, or strategic finance.
• Advanced financial modeling skills (3-statement modeling, DCF, Scenario Analysis, sensitivity).
• Experience supporting complex deal negotiations or Deal Desk/Revenue Operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with B2C marketing or SaaS/subscription models (preferred).
